I have heard the Bernd of Shavemac is on currently vacation ... does anyone know when he is expected to return?

The shavemac website says they are on vacation Aug 6-25.

Yeah, Europe as a whole is pretty much on Vacation. If you wanted to custom something at Plisson right now, I'm pretty sure you'd get an answering machine.
