U.S. Coast Guard, 1974-1978, only CONUS duty...but it was nice to stick around home. Training at Governor's Island, San Francisco CA, Lifeboat station at Sheboygan WS, finished active duty at the 9th District HQ in beautiful Cleveland, Ohio.
