Starting the week off with some "old" friends. Merkur HD Classic, Jeris Hair Tonic, SR 241 Brush,
Natureade Aloe80. On the "newer" friends side, The Body Shop shaving cream (can't describe the
scent, but it's a keeper!), and Gucci Envy A/S and Cologne!

The motorcycle is a Timex Miniature Collectable.

Nice shave this morning.

On Sunday, I used a combination of:

2 - Col Conk Bay Rums mixed with 1 - Col. Conk Lime Hard soap (melted together). Got this idea from post by Dr. Moss.

Also used my new Schick Injector from Mr. Shoeshineboy.

A great shave as well.

2 things....

Austin - How does that T&H WI Limes EDT treat you? Does it have decent lasting power for a lime scent?

DoubleE - I LOVE the Nomad scent.... is the shave cream and EDT on par with the A/S Balm and Bath Soaps? I might have to pick up some of that next CE sale.

Joel, T&H WI Limes is my favorite lime scent. I like it better than Trumper Lime. Unfortunately, on my person, it only lasts about 4 hours. I will keep buying it though.

Thanks to Ron turning me onto a C&E store in Oklahoma City, Nomad is now one of my favorites also. The shave cream is very good, although I noticed it has a much thicker consistency than the 3 Ts. When I got it home, the lid was loose, but it still had the plastic sealer inside the tub so I'm guessing that's the way it's suposed to be. It produced a very nice lather for my 4 passes. I loved the AS balm! Seemed to do a great job, not too oily. The cologne is great, but doesn't hang around as long as my Trumper's sandalwood. Looks like about 4 to 6 hours is all it's good for on me. Two thumbs up!!

Today was potpourri shave day.
I decided to let my dear friend Mr. Campbell handle lather duty.
Stubble abatement was performed with my trusty Merkur Vision.
Routine skin care involved some ordinary witch hazel (Dickinson's in bulk from Costco), and two delighftfully refreshing spritzes of QED's Da Vinci Water.
To finish: A dab of lime from the limeys, and a touch of B&B cologne (also from QED).
