Entering the Triple-Milled world....

Well, I placed an order on ClassicShaving today......several products that I've been meaning to try for a while: 1) Proraso Pre/Post, 2) Merkur Slant, 3) TOBS Lavender Triple-Milled Soap!!!

I thought it was about time that I give these notorious Triple-Milled soaps a try. Now, I have some of Mama Bear's soaps, which have given me great shaves thus far........and because of my ignorance, I have to ask.....what is the real difference between "glycerin-based" and Triple-Milled???

1. lasts longer
2. more moisturizing (for me, at least)
3. easier on my sensitive skin

Well, I must say that I never would have thought that a triple-milled soap would be more moisturizing......I thought the added glycerin would have that effect in glycerin-based soaps...........I guess you learn something new every day.

I've always wondered what 'triple-milled' was -- I honestly thought it had something to do with the shape!
