***SOLD THANKS!***Nice looking but not "mint" condition razor for what I believe to be a very fair price. It looks very nice, is not damaged in any way, and all 1-9 settings work well. Just a little paint missing from some of the numbers. The plating is still very nice, I am just very fussy and won't call it "mint" since it doesn't have the original "showroom" condition. I HAVE used this razor many times, and it gives a fine shave.

Can anyone tell me if I am wrong in describing this as a Super Adjustable? The plating is nickel not gold. My lighting was not the best in the photo. Did the Super Adjustable have gold plating? If so, my mistake...not intentionally misleading. A very nice Black handle adjustable nonetheless.

I believe you are correct in your first assumption that it is a super adjustable. There are gold plated ones, but i don't think they're called anything besides "a gold plated super adjustable"

According to a post in the review
"The long handled razor can be found in a gold finish, but they are relatively rare because it was only marketed for the Christmas season of 1969 like this."

Excellent razor. I have a '75 long handle super that is by far my favorite razor. I know that everybody loves the Fatboy, but after trying a Fatboy, a Slim, a short-handled Super, and my long-handled Super, the long-handled Super Adjustable beats them all.
