*cough* "personal" groomers/trimmers?

Can anyone recommend a trimmer that will work for shaping my goattee, cleaning up my hairline at the neck, AND more, aaah, "personal" grooming tasks?

I live in the tropical South. It's keep a clean undercarriage or find out if it's actually possible to die of jock itch. Just sayin'

I was hoping there'd be one appliance that would do it all, but . . . I'd rather buy two, I guess, than find out too late the one I got was a bit too "aggressive."
