Sideburns

Alright, I'll admit it, I kind of like sideburns, and I think they work on me. The question is, how do I keep them even while shaving? Every time I try to grow them out, they just get shorter and shorter as every day I cut a little more off. At best, they last a week, and by the end, they look pretty funny.

Are you attempting to judge where the bottom of your sideburns are through the shaving lather?

If so, take a finger and wipe away the bulk of the lather in the area of the bottom of your sideburn so you can better see where to start with the first stroke of the razor. Be sure to do the second one similarly after taking a look at the first one to make sure you get them both the same length.

I grow mine down even with a certain point on my ear so it is easy to judge when I have both sides the same length.

I have sideburns as well and find mine always getting longer!

Maybe we should share some tips.

I do the same thing with my Goatee so I accidently cut some off
