I was just lathering and swirled the rim to gather some lather up and it came up like this. Wasn't trying to do pretty.
Perhaps that explains it. Not trying too!

Oh yeah it's nice. This is actually some of their old formula. Their new formula is top notch and you can't beat the price.

Wow that's some thick lather! Because I face lather I can never get enough lather for more than a pass. Tempted to switch to a bowl after viewing these pics. Thanks for sharing.

I do a combo of bowl and face and it often looks great. I start it out in the bowl for a short while as some excess soap stays in the bowl then move to face where the real lather making happens. Then I put the excess lather back in the bowl to mix in with whatever soap fell off my brush before. I get great results this way.
