H2O stains

I have an aluminium handled Zenith, and my hard water has left discolouration throughout the handle. Thought I'd check with the B&B crowd as how to remove/polish these water stains and make my brush look nice and sparkly again. I've read about vinegar, ketchup, creme of tartar.
Any suggestions from anyone else who has had this issue?

Go to an auto parts store and get some Mother's mag polish. Problem solved.

Do a search for white diamond metal polish I use it all the time and it protects aswell

you might try a bathroom cleaning product for hard water stains like CLR

+1 on mothers I use it to polish my razors when they start to patina over time (including my aluminum razors) I've never had an issue.

MAAS should take care of that pretty quickly as well, any aluminum polish should honestly take that right off
