Bone & Badger

I finished this a couple of days ago. Only the second time that I have used this material.

The handle is bone, from the inside of a Highland Cow horn. It's as hard as a hard thing, so a bugger to work.

Handle: Bone.
Base : Greenheart, with black fibre liner, and bling pin.
Collar: Black buffalo horn.
Knot : 22mm Finest two band badger, set at 52mm.

Very nice! One question however, where did you buy the horn?

I didn't buy it. I was given six Highland Cow horns, and two of them still had the bone in.

I made the first one some time ago, and have used it regularly. It is one of my favourite brushes.

I am impressed. You are really good at this. Keep up the great work! The asymmetrical handle lends it some character, and I love the contrast between the badger and the pale bone.
