Are these two Parker brushes the same thing?

Hello. I was wondering if anybody could confirm these two brushes are the same thing. I figure they are, but why aren't they both available as "color" options to the same listing like most products on Amazon?

I don't have any experience with either, but they appear to be the same to me except for the handle being different. They're both listed as being a 25mm, which is answered in the Q&A section, Silver Tip badger shaving brush. Both made by Parker.

Thanks. Just wanted to get a quick answer. I don't think it's very complicated looking at brushes, but just making sure I wasn't missing anything. I'm going for the faux now, just wanted the assurety of the better reviewed brush if they turned out different.

I assume you know brushes well since you are from this site. Does the "bloom" -thats what it's called, right?- matter between those two brushes? Isn't that important so I should go for the chrome assuming from the picture?

Actually, between writing that and this, I looked at customer images and they look about the same, but just to see your opinion and answer, I'll still post this. Thanks.
