What's the best alcohol free or low alcohol post shave TONER?

Why not use an alcohol-free aftershave? Van Yulay, K Shave Worx, Maggard, L&L Grooming... Lot's of options there.

will try maggards for sure. altho witch hazel products tend to be 1) weaker scent and sting wise 2)have that witch hazel burnt/sweaty aftersmell

Thayers is great stuff. Also many otc balms like Nivea are good and moisturizing especially if your in a dry climate. Personally I like my after shave 100 proof.
