What's new

That chicken thigh could be rat!

I've eaten most anything. Our Western sensibilities shy us from things like rat, but many a squirrel has crossed my plate, what's the difference? I've had Cougar & Coyote, but wouldn't eat the random feral cat or stray dog.

TMZ world news...the height of investigative journalism!

TMZ aims to entertain. Were you entertained by the story? Anyway, I did not fact-check the story. Might just be fake news. But I was going for entertainment. The replies to my post surely entertain me.

Rat for thee, but not for me. I understand that meat is meat, but some meat is more appetizing than others.

As I said before, this thread is entertaining regardless of whether or not we are unwittingly chomping on boneless rat meat.

If you're worried about rat disguised as chicken, you probably don't want to look too closely into the rumors of "imitation" calamari....

Pittsburgh has a problem with rodents infesting the bakeries.

The mice scamper in at night, and totally destroy select parts of the inventory.
They don't eat the cakes, or the cookies, or the breads, or the muffins.

Perhaps you've heard of them ...
They're called The Pittsburgh Pie-rats.
