I've gotten my father his birth quarter razor and am about to get an Old Spice mug from the same period. Is there a way to know I'm getting a brush from the same period (1958)?

Yeah, I had to see what this post was about.
I've seen a guy sitting with a mannequin as his date at a restaurant in Japan... so, the "date with a shaving-bush" didn't sound quite so strange to me.

Any Rubberset Brush with this "Large R" logo was made in either 1956 or 1957. Rubberset stopped making shaving brushes in 1957 and sold off all of their inventory in 1957-1958.
