Long story short:
-The Benjamin Moore paint company web site has a feature that lets one choose different combinations of wall colors in picture-room settings.
-we chose some colors that looked good
-went to the store to get the paper color swatches to find out they didn't match what we saw on the computer screen at all
-discovered that our laptop doesn't have easily controllable screen color/tint controls...but remembered that the TV does!
-put the Ben Moore site on the TV, adjusted the settings for it to match the paper color swatches
-Bingo! Now we have a way to see true-world colors on the Ben Moore site and the TV colors look a lot better to boot
