I wouldn't open a sealed NOS razor, but aftershave or a soap, I would definitely use. Slowly, but the levels would be going down.

It's not wine, it's not going to get better with age or ever become a high dollar collectible.

Once they're gone you can fill the bottles with similar colored water if you want to display them.

Just would seem a waste to let them sit.
