stretch a linen hat

I just got a Stetson linen Ivy Cap and it fits, but it's a tad snug for my liking. Is there a way to stretch it just a bit?

Well, there is always the Filson method of over the knee and tug ... bot take it easy on your cap ... it is not built to the same filson durability.

Stretch my slightly-tight Tilley occasionally by soaking it in water, then stretching over a volleyball (adjust air pressure).
