I LOVE the scent! As a matter of fact I have a total of five different soaps from Reef Point and I like them all. Have you tried the "Admiralty?" If not you should. It is awesome!

Haven't tried it yet but it is on my list.

LASS Woody Lavender today. 20 seconds to load the Scharf/WD Silvertip. Easy, thick, slick, lather. Gillette “Spoiler” SS still in the Fat Boy. Excellent smooth, close, shave. I finished with Pino Silvestre Oud Absolute EdT.

Thursday certainly has produced an exquisite batch of photo and text SOTDs. You should be proud of your accomplishments, gentlemen. I certainly am.

@Rxdude - Hands down, a quality shave! How do you like the ATT SE1?

Hope everyone has had a wonderful day. Friday awaits! Good evening, gents.
Ron,
The ATT SE1 is a great razor. Now, I don't have a reference to other SE razors, but it is the one I go to the most. Unfortunately, it has displaced my straights. I find when using the feather pro blades a very light touch is all that's needed, anything more and I notice that alum sting. Once the technique is down, which is pretty intuitive, its a close yet mild shave.
Also, I find issues with lower neck getting it close. With the ATT I can get it at the right angle and get great closeness there.

A rare early morning shave today. Having become a somewhat 'lazy' shaver since retiring from my day job I had almost forgotten what a true pleasure it is to start the day with a lovely shave.

Wednesday is a winner at SOTD! Such great photos and posts! You keep topping yourself, gentlemen!

@sandstone - That shot's a beauty, Phil. Great Rudy Vey brush. I guess he made the razor stand also?

Thank you, one and all. Have a good evening, gents. See you tomorrow.

Thanks, Ron. Yes, Rudy made the matching stand.

7 a.m. Hi Platinum blade
Satin Tip Purist brush
CO Bigelow SC
Osage Rub/Witch Hazel w/aloe
M&L Florida Water cologne w/added menthol

1st use of a 7 am blade and it wasn't bad at all. 1st pass was a tiny bit tuggy but after that it smoothed out and a fine shave was had. Love the Florida Water, just wished the scent lasted longer. It only stays about 15 minutes on me.. Oh well. At any rate, I feel dapper and ready to go. It's county fair day! Now go enjoy you day folks.
