Who's reaching for some Oud this Autumn?

I've never tried oud. I am curious about it though.

Oh I'm so ready for it to cool down here in Vegas. I got my creed royal oud ready, Tom ford oud wood, 24 gold , and I need to find more oud scents.

Perhaps the above is the case with Western fragrances (being synthetic). For those who want an authentic (natural) essential oil, the below is from a previous (2015) related thread that I started on (Oud) Agarwood Oil.:

These high quality resinous, fragrant oud/oudh oils have been a staple since ancient times in the Middle and Far East, and may be jarring to Western sensibilities.

They are the pure, wild oud oils distilled from agarwood trees found only in far-flung (to me) dense forests in Cambodia, India, Malaysia, Thailand, Borneo and Papau New Guinea, among others. Each region imparts different accords and profiles, based on the species.

Aficionados are grateful to the Indiana Jones-like vendors who hike into the jungles to fetch this precious commodity, or who conjure up a potent alchemy.

I love burning Sage. It's my favorite scent. I've seen oud talked about in passing here, but never knew what it really was. I'm intrigued by burning oud as well.

Couldn't get the link to post properly. Agar Aura has a new sinking grade Oud coming ;-)

YSL M7 Oud is great albeit synthetic. Great bang for the buck.

I just tried Oud Assam by Rania J from a set of samples I purchased. I've only worn it once, but it was very enjoyable. I've heard it described as a very civilized Oud, for whatever that's worth.

I've never tried Oud.

Been wanting to try Razor rocks Oud but it has been and still is out of stock.
