A good friend of ours lost her husband a few weeks back to a tragic motor vehicle accident while they were on vacation in Colorado. Now that the funeral is over and things have quieted down I decided to cook a Brisket, Klobase, Tater Salad and a big pot of Borracho Beans for the wife and kids.
