Byer of Maine Allagash Cot - Any experience?

Hey folks,

I have started to do some camping recently. Car camping, actually associated with a local LARP chapter. We have 2 more events this year, and will start back up in January.

Currently, we have a queen airbed we have been using to sleep on. It's fairly comfortable, but it kills the amount of time we can spend in the tent, as it pretty much takes up the entire tent. Plus there's the fact that if I move, I wake my wife, and vice versa. It's also too tall for the tent, as it's 18" thick, and our tent is only 4' tall.

We want to switch to cots. I am looking at these.

It has the benefit of only being 8" off the ground, so we can still enjoy the tent. We can add blankets or a pad for colder weather.
