I had a very pleasant shave and enjoyed a BBS result.

Mühle R89 razor with Feather blade
Mühle Silvertip Fibre and L'Occitane Cade cream
Pitralon Classic after shave lotion

I nicked the skin underneath the nose a little but it did not draw more than a quarter of a drop of blood so it was not necessary to get the styptic pencil out. After a little rinsing with cold water, everything was absolutely fine.
