Thank you. I saw this beauty online. It was tarnished and black, offered for a few bucks. With a bath with baking soda and salt, it started to shine again. This was just the second shave with it. Not so happy about it
I use Father blades. I've tried both stainless steel and carbon steel. I think I prefer the stainless, but it's far from the shave with a DE razor or a straight razor.

Stellar shave tonight I must say.
Trying to start growing a beard doesn't last long for me...
I love to shave too much.... now I'm clean again.
This blue Astra has done really well in this Tech razor,
but there's now tugging experienced on the tough side of my beard..
The blade is definitely losing sharpness.
I have moved the blade to the '57 Red Tip razor...
Will use it there for awhile... then after that maybe to one of the adjustables set on high...
Who knows, it may last for much longer than I originally thought!
