All new kit for tonight's shave.
The line-up:
Prep - warm shower with Colonial Williamsburg's handmade Magnolia soap
Brush - Wolf Whiskers Silvertip Papal Commemorative full custom designed by my awesome wife and Peter Wolf
Soap - Catie's Bubbles Le Vert Orange
Blade - JA Henckels Friodur INOX 7/8
Technique - Two-pass, WTG/ ATG
Post - massage with remnants of lather

Like @CT23 posted, this soap has an interesting scent (citrus and a hint of fougére) and I really like its performance given it's not tallow based, which is my preference, and I don't switch up soaps very often.
As for the brush, it's quite delightful and fits my enormous mitts very comfortably. Loads easily and very comfortable for face lathering, holds lots o' suds.
The blade I just received from Maggard today and was anxious to give it a go. The rest of my straights don't come close to this monstrosity, it's just yooge and hefty. The upcurved toe makes it very easy to get around my mouth/chin and the backs of my ears as I run the moustachioed cue ball look and also shave my head. It was, as advertised, shave ready. I wiped the blade with a cotton cloth, stropped five passes each way to get the edge clean, and away I went.
All in all, I'm very pleased and will be running this combination for the foreseeable future.

For the second use of SE50 that still seems to me a really soft or defined as the E & J of monophilous, which see very permissive even with Super Feather Professional that are more monophilous that cut head.
