Modular paddle strop routine

Today I've got modular paddle strop from SRD.
For those who owns it, what is the reasonable stroping routine before the shave? I am not going to use felt pads with diamond paste for now since I am a novice, only scrub/premium leather pads, I read somewhere here 10/25 , 10 on scrub 25 on premium, I ulderstand 1 time account for 2 passes back AND forths. Also what a reasonable care should I oil the pads? It cones with no care jnfo

The scrub requires no oil. Most seem to feel that the premium only needs rubbing with the hand and the natural oils it imparts, but I use a little Dovo strop dressing from time to time.
