First pulled pork in progress

Well I forgot to take the picture of the first one when it came off, but they both came off just around 7. Put them in faux cambro while I ran some errands, now they are in the oven at 170 for overnight. Low as it will go. I am gonna pull them in the morning before I leave the house to bring them to work. Here is the last one off the grill.

And we have pulled pork. I pulled them just now and am getting ready to head into work. Hopefully my next smoke isn't near as eventful!

Thanks guys! It was a definite hit. That pork disappeared in less than an hour.

Hopefully my next one isn't as drama filled!
