It is a city in Italy. Not sure why you guys want to smoke Bologna.

In an old antiquey cast ahran skillitt thingy.



It was put on some of that there newfangled sliced bread, along with some mustard, 'merican cheese, and some onjions.



Served by the Chef himself (I don't know why he had that dish towel draped over his arm) along with some sweet gherkins pickles.

I had an amazing sandwich thanks to this thread. I would have never thought of smoking Bologna. It is amazing and delicious. I just did mustard and brown sugar. Wow it was good!

YES PLEASE. There will be bologna on my smoker next weekend! I don't know why I never thought of this. Smoked foods and Bologna are 2 of my favorite things. Maybe SWMBO (A surgeon who thinks that bologna will kill me) will try some too... nah, I'm gonna get to eat it all myself!
