Yeah not easy, I got a few in flight on that day, none were pin sharp and I didn't really freeze them in flight!
The last one in the set above is as close as I got, still didn't freeze it's wings though, need a faster shutter next time, got to fiddle with the iso if it's overcast again and maybe take a tripod!

This is one of the bees in flight from that day, you can see the camera locked onto the flower instead of the bee, it's not amazing but I still quite like it despite the lack of focus on the bee.

I do like the shot because you can see exactly where he's heading! also you can see a little bit of pollen below him that has just fallen off. Just needed a little more focus on the bee really
