Giving and sending alcohol is generally frowned upon. You can make it work (homebrewtalk.com has a thriving homebrew/commercial beer exchange), but forum owners will want to distance themselves from the whole thing. It would probably be good to do some sort of accessory. Barware, shakers, those fancy gigantic ice trays for whiskey, flasks, decanters, whiskey glasses, interesting bitters, unique mixers etc.
I agree. Hardware rather than software would probably be best.

Interesting bitters sounds like a good idea.
These are great ideas. I am really intrigued with the Diamond glasses. Hmm, Some serious food for thought here.
