I've done split-levels before. It's a great way to satisfy your conflicting cravings for different products.

My SOTD!
Prep: Hot Water
Soap: Proraso White
Brush: Razorock Tri-Color Plissoft
Razor: 1957 Gillette Ball End Tech
Blade: Astra SP (1)
Aftershave: Gillette Cool Wave
Balm: Proraso White
Ok shave. Got a lot more burning and irritation than when I used the Voshkod blades but it wasn't too bad. But my angle could be off and probably used pressure. So got 2 more shaves to go. I love this plissoft! I had enough lather for almost 5 passes! Definitely will be using this brush for a long long time! Plus its got some good heft! The proraso never disappoints! Have a good day/night!
