    Smile shaving cream

[B]IMO, Truefit and Hill, hands down. I have four different scents and each one lathers well, and has a light scent My stri8t glides through the lather without causing razor burn or other irritation ending in a BBS shave. Two passes normally do me well. Afterward, I apply a corresponding scented Truefit n' Hill aftershave balm.

Cyril R. Salter, which is not listed as a choice... sigh.

I like their Almond, but I love their French Vetiver! (and I have it on good authority that their Sandalwood is not-to-be-missed)

Just this past week, I tried a large sample of TOBS Shaving Shop (hat-tip to Dr. Mike), and it was luxurious!

    Smooth shaving!!

You have a good list to start, but many are omitted. Here are some additional creams of note: J.M. Fraser's, Coates, Omega, Musgo Real, Valobra, 1001 (Tabula Rasa), Arko, Derby, Olivia's, WARS, Lider, La Toja, Classic, and many others.

My current favorites are Fraser's & Valobra.

I'd have to go with T&H as well. Consistently the best for me. I'd add C&E sao, CB and NB as well.

Musgo would get my vote, with both T&H and Salter very close seconds.

Proraso, both Red and Green; and I would have voted for Cyril Salters, and Wars if I could have.

Mama bear doesn't make creams... does she? I thought it was only soaps. Trumper's rocks though.

I like a more than a few creams but SCS would be at the top of my list. They are more than worth the effort it takes to build the lather, IMHO.

I guess because of a technicality, my favorite isn't listed - Hydrolast shaving paste. Fair enough, paste is not cream.

I do really like the fresh salad scent of Nancy Boy's cucumber shaving cream. And the blade slides very smoothly with it.
