Picked this handle up recently, liked the look. Nice solid handle which I believe is Bakelite. Outside has turned a nice Butterscotch color and when I removed the old knot the inside is white. Currently the opening is 23mm so I'm thinking either a 22mm 2 band finest or widening for a 24mm Silver tip.
There are no markings on the handle, no idea of the manufacturer? It is a well made handle. So far I removed the original knot which was badger and just polished the handle.
