Arko Scent?

Thinking of doing the same. I don't dislike the scent, it's just too much!
Arko: The smell of a good shave!
Mines been gassing off for well over a year, still can't get near it.

All the questions about "If you could have only one soap" get answered Arko.
I use Arko sticks as sachets in my underwear drawer for a minimum of two months before usage.
I always get déjà vu feeling when I smell arko. The scent reminds me of a very distinct smell from my childhood. one more reason to love arko:it makes me feel younger lol

Arko is a smell of a place with a rich bathhouse tradition. That tradition is built on very basic goods. Something like Arko is what it is. One would have to be into it for what it is, or else it may be difficult to accommodate.
I store the Arko puck in an open shave mug, so it is always dissipating somewhat. I miss the strong new-Arko smell when it becomes weak.

For some who find it a bit powerful, it may be worth trying out Derby Shaving Sticks- similar shaving performance, more subtle scent which is like a toned down version of Arko
Very reasonably priced by the dozen too.......
