When the lower court threw out the suspension there was much cheering. Now there will be moaning. Reminds me of the great baseball poem Casey

Not surprising IMO.
Many folks aren't completely convinced of the evidence and science. But I keep reading/hearing, even from some Patriots fans, that they are convinced of Brady's involvement because of the texts and...
Brady's camp's failure to provide the requested text messages based on the provided search criteria. Then destroying his cell phone before meeting with the NFL knowing that his cell phone provider retained those texts for 3 days at most (there is a record that he asked the provider and was told this). So he knew full well that those texts would be forever lost with the phone. He activated a new phone the same day that he met with the NFL yet couldn't seem to recall exactly why or when his previous phone was destroyed.
In this day and age he doesn't know how long he was without a phone? Really?
This explanation only makes sense to most faithful fan who has drunk the koolaid and just wants to believe it beyond all logic.
All i can hope now, is that they go 0-4 with brady gone.
Doubt they'll do worse than 2-2, but one can hope [emoji6]
