The Dutch blade is still very sharp and smooth on the third use. This blade and razor combo give me a great shave and the Desperado soap makes slick cushioning later with an outdoorsy scent. I am Dolphin smooooth and ready for the day. Have a great day gentlemen.

SUNDAY SOTD :: May 1, 2016

Pre-shave Oil: Maggard Razors Lime
Soap: Godrej Deluxe Shaving Cream Lemon
Brush: WSP Monarch silvertip
Razor: Maggard Razors V3A w/MR22
Blade: Polsilver SI (4)
Post Splash: Humphreys Witch Hazel Lilac
Aftershave Balm: RazoRock Essential Oil of Lime

Mid-Afternoon Shave

On this dreary, rainy day my afternoon shave was a highlight. Like most creams, the Godrej bloomed quickly into a thick, cushiony lather. The WSP brush seems to me to be quite floppy with not much backbone to it. But it was serviceable, even though it did shed seven or eight bristles today. I've decided I really like weighty razors. The Maggard has the heft and a very comfortable design, a great fit for my hand. Its V3A head with the Polsilver was a fine scythe, leaving my face BBS smooth with not a hint of irritation. I did have one nick on the neck, the result of a little too much zeal, but it was gone by the cold rinse. By shaves end I was quite refreshed and relaxed and looking forward to the next.

Hope everyone has nothing but exceptional shaves during the coming week.

Hey Gents.

Just a quick note of Thanks to all of you who have put up with me as one of your Stewards in the SOTD and Clubs & Brotherhoods. B & B has launched a new Video Library Forum, where we produce our own in house Radio program as well, and the management has asked that I concentrate my time there.

I have been honored to be one of the Stews, and Celestino is probably glad to get me out of his hair. I will still post everyday, as to me, this is one of the best parts of B & B.

So, I will now be the Steward of the B&B Video Library and the host of the Bi-weekly "B&B Radio Show"

Again, Thanks for putting up with me and my crazy theme weeks. You are all Truly the best of Badger and Blade!

and special thanks to Celestino for being such a great partner in crime and Freind!

See you on the SOTD!!

You can find that and the rest of the B&B Videos
