I like to eat mine followed with real kisses.
It begins with a V.
Lindt white chocolate truffles are great. Plain old Hershey milk chocolate is good too.
I'd say Lindt milk chocolate.
Though at a local deli I used to be able to get bulk Belgian chocolate that was amazing. I probably still can, but I used to pair it with Pinot or port. I suppose there are some beers or whiskeys one could pair it with still.

Any chocolate with PGPR in it I won't eat, it is horrible, doesn't melt and has to be chewed.
So, it is good Belgian chocolate or nothing!

Unsweeten bakers chocolate. I don't require sugar to enjoy chocolate. I've even been known to eat raw cocoa beans.

How do we know it's in there ,doesn't the labeling only require "emulsifier" on the ingredients list ?
