Excellent location town square; owner/host Kiernan (Co. Cork, IR) congenial, helpful; Pale Ale, IPA both excellent.

Loreto, small town 14-15,000, reminds you of Puerto Vallarta, Zihuatanejo many years ago.

Hmmmm. Maybe we should start a thread about excellent recommendations for such places. What do you think?

I wrote up my experiences at this place, but the next time you are in NOLA, drop in at the Revel Cafe & Bar. Great drinks and great food. It's up on North Carrolton St.
