That's a lot of bathing!I killed two birds with one stone by doing this while I take a bath....... I do that three times a day for three days and I'm done. Try it out, seems to be working for me.

I know. I was just kidding.Oh, I meant the routine three times during a bath, per day for three days. Sorry for the confusion. I could use the baths though I get messy with my kids.
Congratulations, you can't go wrong with that setup. One note of advice strop lightly with the canvas and, imo, only use it when you need to bump up the edge. Not for everyday use in my experience.

Does there have to be a purpose?
I use two different canvas strops - one my kanoyama, one a super cheap chinese strop, because both are good in different ways. In certain respects the cheap chinese one is my most used strop, in fact.
I wish my Kanoyama had suede too!
I would play with all the combos if I were you
I tried the washing machine option and when I was washing it the third time the little leather piece at the end came right off. Should I buy some textile glue or try to srw them together myself? Not sure how big needles I have though.
