These are difficult enough to warrant a little Googling here and there, I say post it and share the connection. If you aren't feeling that, I would say give us half a day to stew on it, then feel free to keep things moving along

RJ makes a good point. Taglines tend to be a good deal more esoteric (or virtually obvious). Connections make also make things so obvious, perhaps someone wants to just give some other clue (if not the connection). In any case, I'll repeat:

I was going to guess the boat that rocked, but I like spinal tap better.

Nice work, gents, yes, it's the classic, "This is Spinal Tap." I have seen this movie more than 200 times, and also own the original theatrical release poster. If I can't think of something, I will always default to Spinal Tap because, as David St. Hubbins so artfully put it, there is a fine line between clever and stupid.
