Going away shave: leaving town for several weeks so wanted to use some favorites. Everything went as expected until the knot dropped out of the Romera! There doesn't appear to be any damage. I'll figure out the best way to secure it when I return. By the way it performed beautifully and didn't fail until I was rinsing it. Also tried the UFO Titan with the Wolfman OC head... awesome. The Barrister and Mann Le Grand Chypre was as always fantastic, and seemed even slicker than previous lathers, perhaps due to the wonderful Romera knot. Finished with Roger & Gallet L'Homme EdT

I wanted to let everyone know I have been in contact with Dave, (Skypsyd), and he said he will likely be back later in the week as he is going through a tough time right now but he wanted me to pass on a "Hi All" and let you know he misses Y'all. I will not go into detail out of respect for him. Please keep him in your thoughts and prayers my Friends. As much as we are a group of nutty Shave Enthusiasts we have also developed very real Friendships here and I know he has my 110% Support as a Friend and I am sure he has the full support of many of you as well.

Tobacco and Gold kind of day. The Tom Ford Tobacco Vanille is for a Vanilla shoot-out i'm working on which should be fun. I'm REALLY digging my B&B LE Anniversary boar brush. The new logo, black top, and clear gold flake base are lovely. I've been using it non-stop!
