This was shot a couple of weeks ago through glass with a cell phone so my options are limited. If I go back to that location I will bring a real camera and a tripod and get to the roof if I can.

Looks like the opening shot of a Sinatra movie in the early Fifties.

    Great shot Jim.

I was thinking it had the charm of one of those old postcards with high contrast and color intensity. If it weren't for a few small details in the skyline, at first glance it looks like it could be from a bygone era. Sometimes I'm astounded with how artistic (intentionally and unintentionally) cellphone shots can come out.

This really is a testament to your skill as a photographer, I can't shoot a picture that well with my best stuff. Well done.

It's alright, I guess. Take that same photo with a home phone and you'll impress me.

Cool shot, the NYC skyline deserves the panorama treatment.
