What is this ?

Went to local flea market today and picked up these blades for 6 bucks. The Gillette is bnib wrapped plastic and the one that has me stumped are the Vestpok blades ? Thought they were DE blades but they are something else, each blade is wedged into the wood holder. Sorry for the upside down picture.

Those are the blades for a Vestpok roller razor. It looks like a push mower for the face, a mechanical "electric" razor to me. Apparently you were meant to use this thing dry. And this is a wet-shaving forum, so lets forget this ever came up. Seriously, has anyone ever used one of these?
