A good, honest, solid game. Same with 5-card draw as long as you don't use wild cards.

Does anyone remember canasta and pitch?
I used to play online before pokerstars got shut down and also in small home games. Hold 'em is my favorite, since it's simple and fast, but I'll play anything.
Hold em doesn't have to move a lot of money in home games, but those and casinos are different beasts, although a lot has to do with how you plan to run your game. 7-card and Omaha especially have more betting.
HORSE is fun if you feel like you're in a rut.

not that internet poker counts much, but I cashed in a 260 perosn tourney, and won a 9 person sit and go, as well as being up 1500 in a cash game. No limit hold'em really does create the best action in poker
