5th shave- no problems

So, after the cut I got last time, I gave my face some rest. I shaved today, no blood, and one of the smoothest shaves I've had.

I did end up knocking the top off of the scab on the last cut. I'm so glad I decided to get a straight.

And on another note, I honed the other blade I had gotten at an antique shop. I got all the knicks honed out. I'm going to get some honing film to finish it, and also make some scales. Then I'll have 2 razors.

Congratulations. You'll get used to it in no time. Just never forget to respect the blade. Good luck with the honing. I haven't tried film yet, only stones for me so far.
