I've been meaning to make this post but just been busy with life [outside B&B].

This is what put me out of the fall restraint. I apologize it didn't make it into the Sept thread.

I had been stalking Craigslist for a drill press and ran across one that just linked to a somewhat local auction (about 2hrs away). Perusing the auction site I ran across this lot and just couldn't pass it up.

Here's what came in the box.

And finally, a few more pictures of the first ones that I cleaned up.

I got really lucky on these two, whoever had them didn't use them much. This is just a single hot water/dish soap soak and scrubbing bubbles with a toothbrush. Everything works, 1/4 turn and all, though that is a touch stiff on the slim.

Thanks. We all get lucky sometimes, this was just my time.

This came in the mail yesterday. A beautifully restored early 1900's Boker with mother of pearl tang guards, barber's notch and original rubber scales. I'm so excited to shave with it tomorrow morning.

Sorry about my ugly hands. I know they need a manicure.

Received my bottle of Stirling Sharp Dressed Man AS yesterday tried it once so far and really like it

I just received an order from Italy this afternoon. (Three days early!)



I only had time to unpack and take a couple of quick sniffs earlier today, but I can't wait to try the PannaCrema Nuavia shaving soap for tonight's shave! Now, to decide which is first: Blu or Rossa?

It will take some time for me to get to use the creams as I started to 3017 my stuff.
I had 2 shaves with the iKon and it's been a pleasure thus far.

Just scored his on the bay. 7/8 Wade & Butcher with barber's notch. There are some rough spots on it. I don't know it the scales can be restored. I don't know if I'll attempt to hone it, or just ship it off. I wouldn't mind doing something special with it.

I swore I was going to take it easy this month and the BAM, RAD struck, and it is only the 11th as of this picture:
