    Default Merkur customer service

I have heard so many good things about Merkur's customer service, and I had a question, so I emailed them about 2 weeks ago. Did not get a response, so I emailed them again through a web form, and on an email address I got from someone on the forum. I still have not heard back. Has anyone else had problems getting in contact with them? Is there another way I should be contacting them?

Did you try sending your email in German?

I wish I could, if I did it would be computer translated... Is this what it takes?

    Default Worth a Try

Why not try? Go to Babel Fish or your favorite translation site and see if that helps.

I sent Anne an e-mail last week and haven't heard back either. I'm both comforted and disturbed to hear that others are having the same experience.

If you have a problem, in my experience, sending a picture of the issue speeds up the process.

Thanks Robert for the advice. I sent them pictures, and heard back in a couple more days. It sounds like she had been out of the office, but she said that the pictures would have been requested. They are going above and beyond.

YES! I too have had the same problem. Even went as far as posting the same topic on the SMF forum as well. I thought they were simply ignoring my request. I still don't know what is going on with them.... I sent emails to about 5 different addresses with no repy...

Anne Rothstien at Dovo apparently doesn't use any sort of out of office reply. When I first contacted it her it was near Christmas, and it took a couple of weeks to hear back because either she was out or the whole company was on holiday. I didn't hear back from her until January, but then she went out of her way to be helpful. They have excellent customer service and they speak English just fine.
