ROTD Run Of The Day : post yours

May I?

I run 3x/week, usually somewhere between 5 - 10 miles. This morning was a warm 5.3 mile start to my day. Broke out the QCS IKL and Osage Rub to help cool down with a cold water shave!

Long Slow Distance - 20km in preparation for half marathon in four weeks. Course is flat, but this run had a lot of elevation just because I'm a glutton for pain.

11m yesterday. Was going to go for a short run today but think I'll opt for bike instead. The older I get (still young though, lol), the less apt I am to go back to back days.

Yeah, I hear that... I'm still slowly working my way back into running, so some discomfort is expected. If I run back to back days though, I can really feel it. Mixing some bike rides in really seems to help me shake the crap out of my legs.
