I've seen Nick bite the top off of a wine bottle immediately after biting the head off of a live chicken. Talk about macho, but as a bit of a wine geek I would have preferred that he reversed the order.

That's really cool, though I don't believe that I'll ever require this neat trick. My oldest bottle of wine is a 1999 Weinhaus Friederich Bechtolsheimer Homberg Ortega Trockenbeerenauslese that I'm saving for a special occasion and most likely won't have to go to these extreme lengths to open it. Thank you for sharing.
Alas, a bottle of wine requiring this procedure is far, far too expensive for me to ever hope to taste.

I enjoyed the video, great use of brush and great way to save wine....especially the good stuff!
If you gave that to me, it would be the youngest wine in my collection.
