I have started using a Maxpedition Sitka Gearslinger as my EDC bag for commuting. I love this thing, however it's not quite large enough for me to put a lunch inside the main compartment, with the other things I keep in there, so I'd like to use the MOLLE field on the back to mount one using some easy to release clips along the lines of these:

It doesn't need to be a cooler, but it does need to be sturdy enough to handle a couple of glass containers. Probably in the neighborhood of 8x8x6ish?
