Thursday's favorite brush is my trusty Shavemac 177 Finest, my first "good" brush.
Excellent, consistent performance with soaps or creams, face or bowl, and has not shed a hair after 5+ years in the rotation!

Soap: Body Shop Maca Root Shave Cream
Razor: Fendrihan DE
Blade: Astra SP
Brush: Semogue Boar
Aftershave: Hot facecloth followed by Witch Hazel
Aftershave balm: Shea butter/coconut oil
Mustache Wax: Badger

Nice shave all around. I like this combination. 10/10

Dapper Dragon's Scale Polish is a very VERY nice product. This stuff was under the radar for me for some time. While it is an essential as a rescue product, I find that it feels so good that I often use it even when I've had a perfect shave.

Ghost Town Barber today. 5 seconds to load the WD High Mountain. Great easy, thick, lather. I loaded a new Gillette Silver Blue in the Slim. Great smooth, close, shave. I finished with Ghost Town Barber.
